Don’t use the website to request an appointment! I requested an appointment through the website and never received a call or email to confirm. I called the office multiple times to try to confirm but no one picked up my call. I showed up the time of my requested appointment just in case and was told that the website is “unreliable” in requesting appointments. So a waste of time, front staff was extremely helpful but I decided to go with another provider.
Was very rude, lacked any helpful information I needed and refused to help me. Eeewww on customer service.

The doctor tends to be judgmental and offers personal opinions rather than objective information to help patients make informed decisions. As others have noted, her sense of humor often misses the mark—likely because it comes from a place of judgment. Unless your needs are very straightforward, I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. P.S: It’s been a while since we seeked her services!
Dr Sharma has no bed side manner and always late to appointments.But her front office old lady takes the cake when it comes to bad customer service. She always insisted to talk to my husband even though I have insurance through my employer. Weird obsession to talk to men only !! Wonder why is she still on payroll even after so many complaints as evident here. Does Dr Sharma ever read the reviews or she likes to stay delusional?
