I will not recommend this place to anybody on this earth. I would give negative rating if I could and I highly recommend to stay clear of this place. The staff is so disorganized and so unaware. They have no empathy. There is no clear communication to the patient. They are so poor in scheduling and you need to follow up multiple times with no results. Stay clear.
Was very rude, lacked any helpful information I needed and refused to help me. Eeewww on customer service. Edit: The Receptionist is who I'm talking about, she also lied to my face about the doctor not taking patients far into pregnancy yet I'm being seen by said doctor in Hayward.
Don’t use the website to request an appointment! I requested an appointment through the website and never received a call or email to confirm. I called the office multiple times to try to confirm but no one picked up my call. I showed up the time of my requested appointment just in case and was told that the website is “unreliable” in requesting appointments. So a waste of time, front staff was extremely helpful but I decided to go with another provider.
