I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Alonda made the paperwork easy and was so friendly to work with, Bettina was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and caring(she even helped me get my necklace back on!). Dr Colin was thorough, clear, very gentle and helped me feel more relaxed! As an RN , I have some understanding of excellent patient care. And I received excellent care from Dr Colin and his team! I came to Dr. Yoshida’s office specifically for holistic dental care to address a root canal and mercury filling. Instead, I was met with inconsistent treatment, poor communication, and a painful experience that left me worse off. After a cavity was filled, I had ongoing pain for weeks. Best dentist ever! A little pricey but well worth it!
My first visit with Dr Yoshida was exceptional. I was shown the entire office with description of all machines, equipment and treatments available. Super organized, clean and calm. The staff was very helpful, courteous and patient. I think I felt in love with Dr Colin the first second I saw him. So much so that I felt at home, like I was talking to a family member.
