Went for an oil change, waited 1.5 hours to be told they dont have my filter and I have to come back. The next week I went back and they fixed it within 30 minutes. I get into my car to notice the guy LODGED my seat so far back it messed up my infant carrier that was strapped in behind my seat. I just wish they paid more attention and cared.
