Shannon is amazing! She has help me with my shoulder problems and I have been able to avoid surgery for four years. She is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had!
Unfortunately, being a good masseuse only goes so far. Today, she didn’t show up to our scheduled massage. It is very disrespectful of my time, as I had to drive to Fremont, wait for her only to realize she wasn’t going to show, then drive home. She ultimately wasted an hour of my time and I still haven’t heard from her. My first massage with her, she texted me 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time to push it back 30 minutes.
