Not impressed with Fremont insurance. I filed a deer hit claim from 12-30-24. Today's date is 1-23-25 and my car is repaired ready to be picked up but the body shop still hasn't received a check therefore I can't get my car. I spoke with management 1-21-25 and was told a Check would be over nighted for payment well it was not. I did receive a tracking number but only to find out it's regular mail. Do better. Mediocre. Auto prices need to be better to compete with Progressive. Response time from agency NuStar could certainly be better.
Really fast at calling back and rates could be better but I say that for all insurance
