Update: they had my car for over TWO MONTHS with zero timeline on when it would be fixed the whole time. From late December until January 20th when they called to say it was ready I couldn’t even get anyone to reply to me. A nightmare! James was great to work with. Super friendly and very honest/straightforward with me. Even though my car situation is complicated he went above and beyond to make things right while I wait for the repairs. Thank you, James!

I’ve never written a single google review, but felt the need to write this. They are quick to say yes and take your car. They then try to up charge you and make you wait longer than estimated. They said everything is fine even though I told them I had a hole in my tire multiple times. They then looked at it and told me I was right: Makes you question if they inspected the car at all. New ownership is awful.

Had me come back twice for a known problem (transmission issue) that they misdiagnosed, even though I went to them withe the diagnostic code. They kept the car for more that 20 days for a simple issue and they are utterly unable to communicate timelines: everything is promised to be done at a date, and if you call the day before agreed date, you get a "oh, it's not going to be ready, but it'll be done by next Tuesday".
