1 Star – Botched Safety Recall, Terrible Customer Service, and Zero Accountability I brought my 2022 Hyundai Elantra to Fremont Hyundai for a rearview camera safety recall. Before the repair, the camera worked intermittently. Immediately afterward, it stopped working completely. Update October 6, 2026: I'm pleased to report that although renovations are still in full-swing, the service advisor crew seems to be getting their skills up. I had an awesome advisor Eduardo that was fast, easy to work with and inspired confidence that he knew what he was doing! I will be back; and my advice still stands, look on the internet for an oil change coupon for a huge savings! Something feels off. [I wish Google allowed rating 0 or negative] Brought my new Elantra in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. Right off the bat, the advisor tried pushing a $300+ service package on me. I declined and asked them to just check the car and tell me what actually needed to be done. After waiting 3 hours, I went to pick up the car and asked if the tire rotation was done. Looking at the paperwork, I noticed a note saying they skipped the rotation because the rear tread was low.
