I had a crown replaced today by Dr. Knapton and his assistant Cloe. Both of them were very professional and made the whole process comfortable for me. They explained everything they would do and what I could expect ahead of time and then went to work. I liked the new suction appliance they used to keep my mouth dry while being worked on. We have been going to Fremont Hills Dental Center for 6 or 7 years and overall we were pleased until now. (except at EVERY semiannual cleaning, they informed me that yet ANOTHER childhood filling needs replaced)...but that isn't the main problem. They told me i needed a crown. I arrived on the scheduled day, they did said crown. Upon leaving, they told me i owe $900 for the crown.
