This was a great small size class which was playful but very challenging. The instructor was really great. Good use of body weight exercises. There is one side of the gym that was open and it is a vaccination only gym. The entrance is on n 36th street. No dedicated parking lot so give yourself a few extra min to park.
I was in Seattle for a month and was looking for a gym to attend during my stay. Fremont Gymnasium stood out to me because of its multi-disciplinary approach. Founder, Pano, and his team have taken decades of training and experience and offer their clients the experience of getting in shape with the motto 'never stop playing', at any age. Very forward thinking and cutting edge, love it!
Many many years of doing my own thing fitness-wise (primarily running), and between injuries or low-motivation phases, I've ridden the fitness roller coaster for awhile, without much overall improvement in my overall fitness level.
