STAY AWAY ‼ Let me be clear!!!! DO NOT COME HERE... I wish I would have gone deeper into their reviews. I truly believe another reviewer that they may hot smog their vehicles. Terrible experience here. I waited four hours for an oil change. No maintenance check was done or anything. The service advisor Carlos Tovar said it will be two hours for the service to be completed due to having to order the oil filter. Fair, as I had my vehicle serviced here back in October 2025, I knew to expect a two hour wait maybe a little over, but FOUR hours. That's pushing it. I purchased my vehicle at Fremont Ford with Eddie the salesman. I was treated as if I wasn't a customer. I will never return again.

Absolute FRAUD! Charged $1k+ for service but skipped the work. Do not trust Fremont Ford—they are running an absolute scam. Two months ago, I brought my car in for service and paid over $1,000. The service was supposed to include a wheel alignment and a tire rotation. I paid the bill in full, trusting that the work was actually done. Fast forward to today: I received a call from them telling me that my car is due for a tire rotation.
