Have been going here for oil changes and all the maintenance needs of our vehicle, a lot of Service Advisors, Techs and Parts people that are very professional in ensuring customer satisfaction. Noteworthy to mention that vehicle has extended warranties.
Hello last week I had a problem with my ford maverick stop by Fremont Ford and immediately was greeted by Sean Simpson service advisor he very quick and professionally handled my case keep me posted and informed and solved the problem with his service team very happy customer thank you Sean !!!
Great experience in getting an oil change! The service overall was awesome, will be back for future car maintenance
I had an appointment at 8am on Saturday. But there were ~15 cars there and they all had the 8am appointment. There were only 2 service advisors checking people in. I had to wait for 30 mins to get my car checked in. In my opinion, the services department clearly overbooked. If there are 15 cars having the same appointment time, it is not an appointment anymore. It’s called “first come, first serve” Also there is no clear waiting line. No one knows who came first.
I took my 2019 Ford Mustang for the service to Fremont Ford. Darren Fang is the guy i interacted with. I am outraged by the sheer lack of responsibility and ethics at Fremont Ford. After a routine service, they had the audacity to claim that a theft-protection wheel lock bolt simply vanished from my rear tire. This is a car I've driven for a year without any issue, and their excuse is both ridiculous and insulting.
