Terrible NEGLIGENCE MECHANIC on the part of the shop. I took my 2024 Lightning in, and it took them a full month just to repair a single battery cell. They finally handed the vehicle back to me, but just 10 days later--while I was driving down the street-the protective metal shield covering the electrical components fell off. Be AWARE: For every "Concern" that you want "Diagnosed" you're charged $295 per issue you're worried about weather it's a small noise, or vibration or whatever you say it's going to be 295 each. That's unbelievable to me. Granted some larger concerns that need "Diagnosis" could take an hour we understand, but most can be addressed in minutes to determine the issue and they could be done together as one charge. Great service all around. The work started on time and was completed in the time estimated. Sean Simpson was kind and professional. He even brought me my phone when I forgot it in his office. They even washed my car when they were done! The restroom was spotless, the coffee delicious and the wifi in the waiting area fast. What more could you ask for? 5++ stars.
