They care about the customer and what the customer is having a problem with or not they will always be courteous with you and not try to rip you off. like other dealers like Sunnyville Ford they are real creeps.
Sales person fair but not extremely knowledgeable. GM was good but typical salesman.
We purchased a car here and we had a great experience...until we are signing the paperwork with the finance department. He offered us warranty to the new car and said, I'm telling you, you're going to need this because of the car you purchased. We declined respectfully, 3x but didn't give any reason as to why - I didn't think we needed to. They worked on the transmission of a 2018 ford fusion hybrid a day later a “Shift System Fault - serviced required” message appeared on the dash …took it back in - picked it up a few days later still the same messages popped up again while driving back home. Paid almost $600 and the issue is not fixed they give you the run around. Service advisor Raylene H. is of no help.
