I recently visited **** Fremont's service department for my 2018 **** **** Explorer approx 70k; miles. ************** my overall experience was very bad. I was disappointed that parts were not in stock, ordering them took weeks, when **** got the parts, there was APPARENTLY, a seal missing, then the tech was out sick a couple of days (they only have TWO TECHS????, then the tech quit. I spoke to the manager to try to let him know my car had been there for a month now and ask if that was normal, he said "other cars have been h... read more

I recently visited **** Fremont's service department for my 2022 **** Bronco with only **** miles on it. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very bad. I was disappointed that some parts were not covered under warranty, even with such low mileage, resulting in unexpected expenses. To make matters worse, it took them four months to get my car back, even though I was willing to pay out of pocket. Took my car in to fix a seat lumbar issue. Sure got fixed but ruined inside of my almost perfect interior because of lack of taking precautions and cover work areas with proper equipment. And this dealership has new ownership well needless to say bad start, bad business to the public..

I would give this dealer a 0 star, purely price gouging and greedy dealer. Never choose fremont ford as the dealer when you online order the mach e/ bronco/ F150, they will charge $10K to $15 markup on the top of the price indicated by the online order.This kind of dealers is destroying the **** and traditional america car industry.

For those picking Fremont Ford for Mach E or any online Ford.com purchase please don't go with Fremont Ford if you want to avoid Markup which they can set on the car. When Mach E was available online, I did order one and selected Fremont Ford as the place to get it delivered to. Once delivered after 6 months they held the car as hostage and gave me 24 hours to pay for it with a 5K markup. MSRP mean " Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price", it does not mean asking or selling price. Any retailer , regardless of Make or model , can set there asking price. We have sold many other people that ordered the Mach E at our asking price, you choose not to, which is your choice.

Mike Patel from Fremont Ford is not following guidelines on wearing a face mask. Many of his employees are not wearing face masks. When asked to wear a face mask he refused.

We bought a used Mustang here in December '19. The Carfax told of no accidnets, etc. The car shimmeys very badly at freeway speeds. We have since found out from trying to have the car aligned twice and installing new bolts, that the car was in an accident. This dealer fraudulently gave us an erroneous Carfax report. The car is DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. The dealer will not work with us in any way. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Check out all the other bad reports. Wish we had known what a horrible dealer this is.
