I’ve been going to this office for a few years, had some negative experiences with prior dentists but I thought that was normal. I was definitely wrong! Dr Yi and her colleagues are fantastic, caring, gentle, they do a great job. I have been going to FF Smiles for over 5 years now, and they always provide the best level of service. Everyone is always so friendly and I always feel I am getting excellent care. Dr. Anna and Dr. Sruthi always provide a thorough exam and cleaning, and give excellent care advice and referrals. The assistants are excellent and so is the front desk staff. They truly care about you and your teeth, and you really feel cared for there. I will continue to always recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues!
I had a deeply disappointing experience at Fremont Family Smiles. The dentists mistakenly put a root canal on my tooth without proper evaluation. Shortly afterward, they recommended extracting the tooth and replacing it with an implant--essentially rendering the root canal pointless. The root canal caused severe toothache, but when I reached out for follow-up care, my calls went unanswered. This lack of responsiveness added to my frustration.
