I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. I’ve been going to Fremont Family Smiles for years. Even though I live in Pacifica, I made the long trip out to Fremont because I used to really like the care I received there. At Fremont Family Smiles, I feel like I get the best of both worlds: top-notch professional care and a warm, family-like atmosphere. The name of the clinic couldn’t be more fitting. The dental crown I got just a month ago came loose after using dental floss. It was late at night, so I pushed it back into place myself, but since then it’s become sensitive. I went back to the dentist, but she said the X-rays didn’t show anything wrong. Then she told me to go home, pry it off myself, and bring it back so she could re-cement it. Fremont Family Smiles was gentle, told me everything that I needed to feel comfortable, and had the most friendly front desk staff that I could imagine. I hadn't seen a dentist in years because my last few experiences at other dentists have been awful and these dentists got me back on track and feeling good about coming in for cleanings.
We love Fremont Family Smiles! Even my husband loves them and he hates dentists! Dr. Anna’s office is very clean, welcoming, and high tech! The staff is so friendly and funny. They are very attentive and gentle. They explain everything up front and are transparent about costs. We’ve had cleanings, crowns, and bite guards and they are always concerned about our comfort and satisfaction which is so important when it comes to your mouth.
