I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with Fremont Family Smiles was disappointing enough that others should be aware. The dentists and some of the front office staff were pleasant, but our experience with the billing rep, Shaira P., was extremely frustrating and ultimately why we will not be returning. My husband went in for what was scheduled as a routine dental exam.
