no appointment My negative experience with this dental office stems from being stood up, in a sense. I had called to make an appointment as a new patient for a consultation and cleaning. The receptionist seemed distracted, but took down my necessary information. But, when I showed up, suddenly no such thing existed and the receptionist only seemed concerned with covering up her mistake. I was perturbed at having wasted the effort and time.
