The wait times are always very painfully long at every appointment. They really need to respect patients time and better manage their schedules. Every appointment we had to wait minimum 45+ mins. So many years and still no improvement. Doctor changes are also not communicated and are changed without informing the patient.
RecommendedThe professionals and office staff at Fremont Eye Care Physicians are top rate and my experience there was excellent. In particular, I recommend Dr. Ray for cataract surgery and eyecare and Dr. Sweetnam for optometry services.
I gotta tell ya, best eye care anywhere. The appointment was for my 9 year old son. The entire staff was amazing. They really engaged with my son and explained all tests they were performing on his eyes. Great experience! Thanks.
Easy to get appointment. Staffs are friendly. The lady ,Patricia who check on me was so nice. She made me very comfortable and very attentive to my problem. Optometrists were also friendly and helpful find me an affordable glasses. Kudos to the lady, forgot her name The doctor didn't say much. I feel we did not have the patient-physician relationship unlike my previous years visit, my doctors explained about my eye conditions
