My 2019 mercedes c300 suddenly started flashing a sign stop car do not turn off engine. Anil accommodated me right away by ordering the part Thursday. He got me in friday and after replacing the auxiliary battery he found that the main battery was gone. He got the replacement battery, fixed it, reprogrammed the codes and got me out by 330 pm same day. Very fast work. Thank you Anil and the entire staff who was very efficient.
So my aunt had her mercedes towed here and we explained that car doesn't want to start several times from the tow truck driver and my aunt and it be dropped off where ever it can be dropped off and he continues to say no he has to park but it wont start after several attempts. He walks up to my aunt and says if he cant move the car behind the car in front then his words "take it back". Got my issue with a Volvo displacement on the dashboard fixed the day of, communication over the previous week for getting the -i's dotted and t's crossed was smooth. Very efficient, and I highly recommend.
