I absolutely loved it. Today was my first wax and I must tell you it was great! The waxer made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The wax they used was not painful at all. I already set up an appointment for 2 weeks from now.
The staff actually doing the wax services are excellent. Front staff not so friendly. I had an scheduled appointment today at 10. I usually go there after 12, but for some reason I scheduled at 10 today. Funny, i received a phone call stating that I had missed my appointment (15 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and that it was my second "no show up" appointment and that after the third "no show up" , I was not allowed to schedule any future appointments.
