One thing that stood out for me was that every single person who was going to touch my body introduced themselves to me. I know to them it's just a job, but to me it is an embarrassing and uncomfortable procedure, and I REALLY appreciated the respect, kindness, knowlegeability and of every single person who helped, including the very nice guy (was his name Charlie?) who answered my numerous questions and concerns when I was scheduling the appointment.
Everyone was very kind, made sure I understood what was happening/would happen. This was easily one of the best experiences I've had for something medical related.
The Nurse that admitted me was excellent. He was professional, caring snd did a super job.
Great communication prior to, and leading up to the procedure. Friendly, attentive staff. Quick and efficient.
On time, clean facility, great qualified staff that are efficient and know their task, working seamlessly together. I feel confident in the professionalism of this clinic. I had no discomfort after the procedures, even though I expected, at a minimum, a sore throat.
