Friendly and very professional staff
visited the East Bay Searing Services Mowry Ave, Fremont office with my mother today. We reported to the technician that the hearing aid can pair with any phone or tablet. We brought one tablet and two phones. The technician tried to pair it with one tablet first but could not. I gave my Samsung S21 phone to pair the device. TLDR: Don’t get custom sleeping ear plug made at this place. I got a custom sleeping ear plug made for my mom. They promise it will more most comfortable and effective ear plus she will ever used and that it will block out majority of the sounds. When we finally got the ear plug, it was extremely uncomfortable. It also doesn’t block much of the sound at all. Overall, significantly worse than the over-the-counter earplugs.
