We booked the Liberty Room at Fremont Downtown Event Center on Aug 16, 2025, for a seminar with about 80 attendees. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The AC was set way too high and staff refused to adjust it, making the room uncomfortably hot. Only two staff members were present—one part-time and the other unwilling to help.
