“We experienced significant delays at your facility. After waiting 2 hours just to get an empty dock, we then had to wait another hour at the dock before unloading even began (red light). In total, we were held for 6 hours for a single load. This level of delay is unacceptable and impacts scheduling and operations. We would appreciate improvements to reduce wait times in the future

They take forever to load
Horrible. !!!!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They go by appointment time only. 3 hours after my appointment, im still in dock live loading. Ketchup Heavy load. Cat scale 4 miles east from here. Every 15 to 20 minutes they put 1 pallet on trailer. Extremely slow. !!!!! More than 3.5 hours after my appointment time, I am finally loaded. Do not recommend this customer.
