Lived there for a year and they made up fake charges and took my deposit when I moved out. When I asked for proof of the damages the ignored me and my lawyers phone calls and emails. They are a shady business and if you value your money I do not suggest moving in here!!!
I've lived at this apartment Community for a short period of time. I used the storm shelter for the first time yesterday. I have never had the luxury of feeling safe in a storm while renting an apartment until now. Its weird to say that life saving safety is a luxury, but it means a lot. I think that alone puts the commons above so many other places.
I see the response from the "owner," which is - no surprise - totally misleading and false. To begin with, there were no needed repairs for my unit. If needed, I'll provide ample proof in a court of law. I have hundreds of photos, videos and also documentation of an inspection of unit in mid-November which was done by your staff and during which my unit was deemed in "excellent condition" with no repairs needed.
I’ll give 2 stars for the timely manner in replying, but they have requirements for how many bedrooms you must have if you have children. This wasn’t stated on the application or anywhere online. Was told I wouldn’t even be allowed to have a one bedroom with my one year old daughter, when I know of other people who live in a one bedroom with children over the age of one. I just moved in. I had a great experience with everything that has came with moving in to these Apartments. LAUREN has been extremely helpful and took care of any issues that came up. The actual apartment is nice. Newer and modern. They have garages which is nice. I am looking forward to living here.
