Update: I finally found someone that would take this sketchy security deposit refund check. The administration of this apartment is sloppy and sketchy. Big time. They asked for my bank account info to get my security deposit sent via echeck, I put it there and wait, they never send it via echeck but find something else to blame it on, which I see they do a lot. Response: I’m definitely a current resident. Management is super sketchy. You can ask any tenant to confirm what I wrote. If they’re honest, they’ll tell you. Look at their response to their reviews. That should tell you everything you need to know. IMHO, you’ll get a better bang for your buck elsewhere. Warning: Looks nice, but proceed with caution. From the moment I moved in, the management team has been exceptional. They are responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance request I’ve had has been addressed within hours, not days. They are fantastic and very polite!
I really enjoy living here, the apartment complex is modern, well-maintained, and fairly quiet. The walking path around the property is a nice touch. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant community.
