I see the response from the "owner," which is - no surprise - totally misleading and false. To begin with, there were no needed repairs for my unit. If needed, I'll provide ample proof in a court of law. I have hundreds of photos, videos and also documentation of an inspection of unit in mid-November which was done by your staff and during which my unit was deemed in "excellent condition" with no repairs needed.
I’ll give 2 stars for the timely manner in replying, but they have requirements for how many bedrooms you must have if you have children. This wasn’t stated on the application or anywhere online. Was told I wouldn’t even be allowed to have a one bedroom with my one year old daughter, when I know of other people who live in a one bedroom with children over the age of one. I just moved in. I had a great experience with everything that has came with moving in to these Apartments. LAUREN has been extremely helpful and took care of any issues that came up. The actual apartment is nice. Newer and modern. They have garages which is nice. I am looking forward to living here.
I highly, highly recommend doing full and diligent research into the complex before deciding to live there. As a note, the apartments themselves are newer (2020) and to be fair, very nice. Maintenance responds quickly to any requests and is friendly. Appliances were new & modern. Buildings had security code-protected entrances. As for the management, they have reputation of finding/alleging unusual & often unfounded post-move-out "repairs" or supposed damages, which the complex has been accused of using to impose/charge post... read more
If you want to have safe living environment free of illegal drug dealers; do not move into fremont commons. If you do not want to have your security deposits kept for no reason and then be billed for hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in fake "repair" bills, do not move to fremont commons. Past tenants have shared online assorted places their own horrible & fraudulent experiences with Fremont Commons move-out process fake claims of needed repairs and they warned others in complex of this type of fake claims after vacating... read more
