Terrible service—potential hazard caused by shoddy oil change I recently bought a 2025 Jeep Gladiator and brought it in for a routine first oil change a few months after purchase. My drop‑off was at 10:30 AM, and I was told it would be ready by 12:30 PM. By 1 PM, I received a call saying the oil change couldn’t be completed due to internal team issues. They were professional and while they weren’t able to complete the full service(tire rotation) as I didn’t have my wheel lock key, they said they could do it on the next service interval. I appreciated the transparency and willingness to work with me.
Benny in the service department was super friendly and honest with me on what I really needed done to my jeep and saved me some money on a service that he told me to hold off on.
