I brought a Dodge van to have a recall part replaced. It's for a non profit organization out of Thermopolis and I'm doing this as a volunteer. Before I brought it, Fremont motor repair said 1 to 1-1/2 hours (lie number one). So since the appointment was at 10am and I show up at 9:45am, and planned my day starting at 11am. Hummmm, wrong decision on my part. Noon came and went with no update, so I went and asked and they said about 20 minutes (lie number 2). They didn't get it done until 145pm.
