This place gets a 3 star for reasons i will not disclose. The staff and customer service is excellent. But one hiccup caused a pretty bad time with my vehicle!
I recently purchased a truck from Fremont Chrysler Dodge Ram and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. The vehicle was sold to me without being properly smogged, which is a legal requirement in California. Unsurprisingly, the truck wouldn’t pass smog, and I ultimately had to rescind the entire sale. We just purchased a used 2022 Cherokee Trailhawk from Fremont CDJR. Very pleased with vehicle. Besides all the up-sell tactics (come on now, windshield insurance?), transaction went pretty smoothly at the advertised price. Dealership even allowed us to take possession immediately even though I couldn’t get a certified check to them until the following day.
