Ordered a part, 3 to 5 days to arrive. Finally after 8 days, I called the parts department to find out where the part was. After the parts guy was supposed to find out, he never got back to me. I finally got the tracking number and started my own search. Found out after 19 days Thea the part had been shipped as far as Memphis, but the box was empty. What an excellent location…we were by Dubois camping and our Truck pop his oil service. We called , made an appointment and we came. There inside libby is under constructions because of past winter snow… Customers service and staff very attentive and nice We were assisted immediately and our truck was service in less than 30 min.. They even washed the outside of our truck and left a courtesy water bottle inside our truck.. Awesome .. Thank you very much… for not being hometowns we felt like one..
