We had a scheduled blood draw today for our child at Shutter Health Fremont Lab, and unfortunately, this visit was not a positive experience. We’ve visited this location several times in the past for both our child and ourselves and have generally been satisfied. However, today’s experience with the lab assistant, Janice, was disappointing. Janice was noticeably rude and lacked empathy while handling our child. Absolutely terrible. Had to wait 2 months to get a specialized test just for them to cancel the appointment on me TWICE with no notification. Filing formal complaint with Sutter Patient Relations.
