Worst experience ever! We were refused lab draw when there was no wait & told to schedule an appointment. We scheduled appt, arrived 10 minutes early, was told it would be 15 min wait from scheduled appointment time. A urine test was ordered but we weren't given the specimen cup till after my child had already voided when sitting & waiting 25 minutes in waiting room by the phlebotomist. This was a horrifying and unacceptable experience. My 5-year-old was brutally traumatized at the Fremont location due to sheer incompetence and arrogance. The phlebotomist was clearly untrained: he repeatedly failed to draw blood, didn’t know how many vials were required, and kept stabbing my child’s arm over and over while she cried in pain.
