I got excellent service from them today. I had an appointment they've called me exactly on time.
I am deathly afraid of needles, but I have never ever had anybody poke me twice at Sutter, they always get it the first time and it’s always painless. Thank you very much.
My phlebotomist today 4/5 @7am (forgot her name) was so nice and friendly, beautiful, kind-hearted, & always smiling. She said just started to work Jan this year. Easy to deal with, soft touch, doing my blood works, confirming my name etc. Registration did a great job too assisting me. Im thankful to them
We had a scheduled blood draw today for our child at Shutter Health Fremont Lab, and unfortunately, this visit was not a positive experience. We’ve visited this location several times in the past for both our child and ourselves and have generally been satisfied. However, today’s experience with the lab assistant, Janice, was disappointing. Janice was noticeably rude and lacked empathy while handling our child.
