I arrived 10 minutes late for my MRI appointment due to unexpected road issues, only to be told my appointment was canceled immediately. I understand the importance of being on time, but 10 minutes is not 30 — and the lack of basic human understanding was astonishing. Worse, I was informed that the Fremont MRI scan will be shutting down for 16 or 17 months, and the earliest available appointment in Dublin is at the end of June. This radiology center needs to provide proper training for their customer representatives. It is unacceptable that I cannot schedule an appointment due to the incompetence of the front desk representative, Shivana. To make matters worse, they are not even willing to review referrals coming from Stanford, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Hours are wrong
Kind people. Short wait. Wish they were open on Saturday (Google is wrong about that).
