I rely on Fremont Automotive for parts because they have most stuff in stock and can order what they don't. Their prices are really reasonable when commpared to any other local options.
In an unfortunate turn of events I found myself halfway through an 8 hour drive without an oil cap. None of the auto parts stores in town carried a compatible oil cap, including both nearby Subaru dealerships. When I explained my predicament, the worker at Fremont Automotive brought a collection of oil caps out to my car to test out. When none of them fit, he pulled the part out of one of their own cars and insisted they would replace it later that week and I didn't need to pay.
