I had a really great experience at Fremont Auto Works. Ben and Tiffany are incredibly honest, friendly, and professional, and you can really tell it’s a family-owned business that cares about its customers. They took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Ben is very detailed about what he did to my son car and he completed my son’s engine replacement within two weeks. I would highly recommend his shop.
Fremont Auto Works is a great shop. Ben and Tiffany are very professional and take the time to explain what’s going on with your car. The service was quick, honest, and fairly priced. I really appreciate their transparency and would definitely come back again!
Disappointed with inspection. Was told it needed quite a few things and at the very end it did not need it when I told it back to the mechanic that did the work. I was show by the shop that did the work it was not needed
