I have had several experiences with Fremont Auto Center and have been very satisfied with the services I've received for my daughter's short-lived Honda Accord and my Hyundai Tucson. The staff is very friendly, and communication is efficient via text and phone calls. Drop-off and pick-up are easy. I appreciate their making car maintenance easy.
Have been going for the last 6 years. Extremely detailed oriented, thorough and Knowledgeable. Love working with Sal and Martin who are very helpful.
Called asking for an oil/ filter change with a tire rotation. Was told they would do that along with their basic package/ inspection. Asked if there was any extra fee or cost and was told no. Maybe they meant the package doesn’t cost more with the inspection but the fact that I called asking for just an oil change and tire rotation and they threw something else in without explicit approval and acknowledgement that it cost extra is a little sleazy in my opinion. Sal & Martin are very professional & provide pictures of the status of parts that need to be replaced which I have never seen anyone do not even dealerships. I have a disability Van, they do a great job, the first time. I recommend this shop 😎.
