My experience has been amazing! I have been in contact with Katie for some time now discussing our needs for a storage unit. She had been very helpful. Of course when my husband and I decided to finally go through with the process we found out that Katie was off. No worries at all, Joe was extremely helpful. We weren't exactly sure what size unit we would need with all of our belongings but he was very helpful in showing us different ways to be able to stack everything to ensure that we were choosing the correct unit for us.... read more
