I had a wonderful experience here. The receptionist and nurse were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The nurse took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. I appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend this place to anyone😊
Perfect facilities and a close, professional and warm, kind treatment. There was no rush and they took the time to explain everything to me so I could fully understand it. I felt at home even speaking a different language.
I visited on Friday 23rd August and have to say that it was the most professional and comfortable medical consult I have ever had. The nurse conducting the consult was not only highly professional and skilled, but gentle and kind. Thankyou to all at FWHC. Great work!
Reception staff where friendly enough. I felt quite rushed by the doctor, and then nurse was running late. Was a bit uncomfortable with the nurse due to an injection that was not performed properly, meaning it was done too high on my arm with complications during the injection that I will not currently elaborate. It may have been an off day for her, but was not a positive experience for me.
