I had a great experience with Fremantle Opals earlier this week, super friendly family owned business of 40 years or so, very knowledgeable and helpful... I would definitely recommend them for anything to do with opals in the Perth area....10 out of 10
Staff is passionate and love what they do, you can tell ; They know what a customer expect when going in these type of place. If you're looking for a little something for the lady/wife that's the place
They didn’t write details of my Opal and diamond ring I dropped off for sizing. And they spoke negatively of insurance, certification and valuation. They didn’t care. Anything you tried to advise them regarding collecting the ring information or photos, they took offence. Poor service.
