DISHONEST SHOP. NOT WORTH IT. My mum and I bought two rings from this shop while visiting from Europe about four weeks ago. At first, the experience seemed positive — the two ladies at the reception were lovely. However, just two weeks after my purchase, the stone from my ring fell off, despite me being very careful with it (I even removed it before showering). I called into this store to ask a question about having some stones replaced on a ring given to me by my partner. These ladies were amazing and went above and beyond to seek answers for me even though they couldn’t help with the ring. I have so much appreciation for these lovely ladies.
Incredibly helpful store with a wide range of items both opal and other at many reasonable price points. I have been in twice and both times the customer service has been impeccable. Couldn't rate higher.
