May you please provide me with your email address? My original intention was to e-mail the service following my three week admission however all I have is a phone number and a fax number (a perfect indication of the out-dated nature of the service itself). As a neurologically-challenged individual I am far better able to articulate to others my thoughts, feelings and choices when I am able to write and I suppose this should be recorded and shared as opposed to to a written letter.
