My two visits weren't a 5 star experience. The 1 scoop of Sandgroper mulch I asked for looked a little deflated. Bought 2 scoops of hardwood wood chips. The front end loader bucket must have picked up blue metal prior to my load. I got a really good collection of blue metal mixed in with the wood chips when I laid the chips in the yard. Mmmmmm.
I purchased Toodyay stone boulders for a natural retaining wall. They had a good range of stone and provided good advice on selecting the right stones for the job. Delivery and installation was quick, within days, and the driver's experience in placing the stones in the optimal layout was excellent. Be aware, their truck and crane could only place the boulders within 8 metres from the truck/verge. Ended up we were a couple of boulders short, which was quickly sorted. I visited here today with my toddler, having read all the positive reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience. The man I saw there seemed reluctant to help, and when I didn’t immediately know the answers to his follow up questions he impatiently sighed and rolled his eyes at me.
