GOD SENT! I wanted to hand cash to everyone who helped me. Al literally removed my trauma from hospitals. The surgeons were so understanding about my chronic illness. And they were so kind with me knowing how scared I was. I cannot stress how much i want to cry from happiness after surgery here. thank you!!!
I had a very positive experience with the gastroscopy unit at Fremantle Hospital yesterday. Apart from the wait time, the nurses took excellent care of me, making me feel welcomed and comfortable both before and after the procedure. I never felt rushed, and the doctor took the time to listen to me and clearly explain everything. Thank you everyone who was involved in my care (Tan).
The nurses and staff at Fremantle gynea are so lovely, every time I go there I have a good experience! They are incredible
My husband was in Fremantle at six am for a gall bladder op, he was greeted by nice reception staff and nice nurses he was told he was second on the list, so I was happy to leave him in their hands. He didn’t end up going into surgery until late that afternoon and I heard nothing until I rang up every two hours checking on him as he has had two open heart surgeries and I was concerned . Ophthalmology Department needs to notify patients about wait times for appointments. 4 hours of waiting after my appointments set time for a 10 minute visit, not even a heads up in the reminder text! Ruined my days schedule.
