I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Laura Surmon. My first appointment was with another doctor, but Dr Surmon took over my case without any apparent knowledge of my previous consultation or test results. I initially saw her for a blood test, and then returned for a follow-up appointment where she diagnosed me and said she would prescribe antibiotics. I have had 3 different doctors in the last few years and all of them have been very competent and friendly. I have been cared for not just treated. Also I have never had to wait very long at the surgery. Very happy
I have been a regular client/patient at Fremantle Family Doctor’s (FFD) for 16 plus years now. I usually saw the same Doctor, Dr A Morse. Dr Morse was a fantastic & caring doctor and made me feel like a family member whenever I was in for an appointment. Since his well earned retirement last year I have chosen to stay with FFD and have adopted Dr S Saralam as my GP. Dr Saralam is also a fantastic, friendly and caring doctor.
