Concerns Regarding Quoted Cost, Staff Conduct During Desexing Appointment Dear Sir/Madam, On arrival at the clinic, I was greeted by a female staff member asking if my puppies name was shadow. Shadow, was seen by the vet. Prior to the appointment, I was informed over the phone prior to appointment that the cost of desexing would be $450. At no point was I clearly advised that there would be additional compulsory costs. When I returned in the afternoon to collect Shadow, the total cost came to $643.28.
