I cannot say enough positive things about Jen. She is so passionate about getting you to be and feel like the best version of yourself. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes the whole process very simple and non-intimidating. She is wonderful with teenagers and children also, she speaks directly to them and makes sure they understand their own results and the plan she helped create for them.
To anyone who is on the fence about trying this out, I just want to say that it is 100% worth it. Jen helped us figure out the problem(s) through testing, and then she helped us address it. We have seen complete resolution of the issue. I am incredibly grateful to her for her expertise, support, and compassion.
