We love Frelard Tamales! There is a great variety of fillings, including meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. They also offer dessert tamales. This is the best place for tamales that we've found since leaving California.
This is our go to for Tamales! Whenever we are in Fremont or Ballard, we always stop here. Love it! Yums!
Always excellent tamales! Stuffed to the brim with delicious fillings. The sweet potato mole is a particular favorite lately. Their esquite is also delicious—sweet, spicy, and creamy. And their horchata, while on the sweeter side, is also excellent.
