Dr. Freitag is a competent and compassionate physician. I have been diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease Myasthenia gravis and where other doctors were stymied Dr Freitag calmly took control of my treatment and almost a year later I am doing well.

The front office is run by evil humans. They refused to release my medical report to my Dr that ordered the test. Had to threaten to call police or Lawyer. Bad office do not use them.

I am sure Dr. Freitag is a good doctor, but I will never know because I did not get to see him. I was told there is a rule that requires a PCP to call their office to schedule an appointment for (me) the patient. This is even after his office has received the referral from the PCP with patient demographics, a reason for the referral and patient diagnosis. I am now going to see a different Neurologist because of Dr. Freitag's front office rule of not wanting or willing to make an appointment.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The entire office, especially the office manager, are rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced such unprofessional, incompetent treatment from any office. Dealing with their office manager was the worst experience. She really should lose her job. Her arrogance , unprofessionalism and rudeness was maddening.

My spouse is active duty military, and I work in Waco. I have a referral to see a neurologist and the front desk wont even schedule the appointment because my provider didn't call to set up the appointment. The referral is attached to the authorization but the front desk didn't want to hear that. that's fine, Ill find a different provider.
