We had to switch our home Insurance at the beginning of last year and ended up switching to these guys. Not that long after we joined, our city was hit with some major storms that created nothing but havoc on our roof, took trees down… It kind of looked like a Warzone here. I have a small commercial building insured with them and have had other rental properties insured by them. They are a GREAT company! They are smaller, but that's what I love. You can call and actually talk to the person who runs the whole company! Also- I've known several people who have had claims with them and they come out quickly, give you an honest assessment and pay quickly. If there is any question- they will have other professionals come and give opinions. Personally, that's what I expect from an insurance company.
After recieving a notice that we would be droped as a client if we didnt "clean up our yard" alex who is who we delt with from them came out took new pics and face to face told us everything was good. Then called and verified again everything was good. Now we get a phone call stating in less then 24.hours our policy would be cancled (alreaddy paid for the month) becuase we didnt clean the yard ip. Do not walk but run from this insurance company including any agent that recommends them. All the scams you’ve heard of an insurance company using to avoid paying out this company will use including down right ignoring you and not finishing up claims. The lower premium is not worth it.
