I consulted with Jay Freireich on a property tax matter. I found him to be knowledgeable, patient (ez to talk to) and he took an extra step when there was no financial gain (e,g, not rapacious). He determined we do not have a case and did not waste our time and money tilting at windmills. Just what you want in a lawyer. He also does tax and estate work in NJ, NY and Fla so I will add his contact info in case we have future needs.
I can't say enough about the help I received from Jay and his practice. I highly recommend them. They are very easy to work with.
