"Never say never" will I use them again, but this expeprience with David was not positive. They offer the best price; no wonder, bad service.. "2-3 days" to get there turned into almost 2 weeks of calling, wondering why? and miscommunication that could have been quickly taken care of if they had treated me like a valued customer. Finally my customer had to go downtown to 3 loading docks to find the crate. Honestly?? They were to deliver it to his housoe.

Damaged a 15,000 dollar toll box with insurance on it and they wont pay for it. Wont call back, wont respond to emails. SPEND EXTRA MONEY TO GET YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I promise if you go through these people you will regret it.

They quote you low prices and then extort you for more. Was quoted $1400 for a shipment from Mineral Wells, TX to Huntington Beach, CA. Ended up charging me $1950 and gave all kinds of excuses. Held cargo hostage and said it would not be delivered.

this people are not serious, I have schedule a pick up for a specific day and time frame I waited all morning so I call then they said that time frame will be in the afternoon so I waited until 7:00pm never received a call back. I have been trying to call them all last week and this week and nobody answer the phone.
