I needed to deliver the shipment from China, and called bunch of logistics companies. First of all, what appealed is that 1. Freightnet responded right away to my inquiry (many companies didn’t pick up phone and not responded to website requests), 2. Freightnet has a branch in China, 3. Max kindly walked me through the whole process because it was my first shipment from China. I encountered some issues with my package on arrival in the destination country, however, Max made a point of calling me and working through the issue to get a resolution. I do reccomend
