Max was absolutely awesome to work with. It took me forever to figure where I could palletize my shipment. Max sold me a pallet, wrapped it, got it sorted through Day/Ross and executed like a Pro. Sent me photos of progress, tracking and more. He even knew which boxes I should use from Uline and how to maximize the shipment.
