Please do not buy trailers from them. Its better to spend bit more money and buy from another reputable Australian companies. The customer service and communication are very poor. The trailers are not compatible with Australian Standards. We bought a set in July and having lots of issues and no one is taking responsibility. We asked few times to contact higher management, and they are refusing to provide contact details!!!!!
Wish I read the reviews BEFORE purchasing. Worst customer service, avoid at all costs. Oh and their trailers come unregistered?! Just save yourself the hassle and avoid.
Please do your research before purchasing through these guys. $110,000 spent, 7 months late on promised date, then turned up with second hand chains and ratchets, poor paint job, surface rust all over and then wouldn’t answer communication on quotes for repairs. We went ahead and got repaired, sent them invoice, now refuse to pay for repairs. Their communication and standards are less than disgusting. Diva, Meera, Victor you should all be ashamed. These people are not honest, bought an extendable super tilt, the winches are not the ones that should have come with it and are not appropriate for the he trailer. The narrow drum size for the width of the deck hole doesn’t work Bloody hopeless.We ordered a white trailer with silver chassis’, Ron wanted us to take delivery of a red one to which we refused to take.
