I've have been dealing with Freightmasters, Inc. for many years with my company, they provided good service, and good rates.
Spoke to their Customer Service person over the phone. She was rude and insulting. I didn't even get to ask my question, because she basically said I had no business calling them. I hope for their sake that not everybody that works their is like this, because I do not know how they even stay in business if that is how their Customer Service person acts to potential customers.
