For the second time in a month I have to get it towed elsewhere to get fixed. They dropped the ball and didn’t do what they said they would!!
I would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude for the excellent service we received when our motorcoach encountered a mechanical difficulty on June 8, 2022, enroute to Fairbanks. Freightliner was the only facility that offered to work on our coach after hours. If you had not been able to assist, we would have been forced to charter a foreign motorcoach to transport our group from Fairbanks to Anchorage the next morning.
