I came in for an air leak. The part cost $114 for an airline and charged me $835 for labor for a 45 minute job! So I tell you don’t you ever bring your anything to this place at all!
Read reviews Before coming here 👎👎👎 I’ve been charged $500 for two hours of diagnosing (AC unit not working) and then I’ve been told they DO NOT HAVE UNIT IN STOCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone, somewhere along the lines of when I arrived until now, DROPPED THE BALL! I was under the impression that this freightliner shop was the best one to go to while in Mississippi. I should have just waited until I got back to the Midwest to get my truck repaired. I am still out of service because one part was not ordered in a timely manner due to approval from a company. I stopped by and brought a part for my truck and the parts lady got the part and I asked if they had a nut and washer for it and she said I don’t have a part number for them. So I said a young man about it and he said what nut it was. And she got mad at me for asking someone else about it. Then she was talking to another person about what I did. So I asked her was that about me. She was yes. So I apologize to her and left. No I didn’t pay the parts I needed because she was ruined to me. I won’t be stopping by no more.
