Great staff Friendly people Very helpful
Staff was friendly and they got me outta there in 8 hours
Very disappointed with the level of service at the parts department. The employees move extremely slowly and seem to ignore the growing line of customers waiting. Instead of focusing on helping clients efficiently, they spend too much time chatting and wasting time. This is not the kind of professionalism I would expect from an official Freightliner dealer. I hope management sees this review and takes action to address the issue—because this is not how the Freightliner brand should be represented.
