Horrible and awkward customer service. Body shop desk are the worst. Their overpricing everything then when you have to come back because of poor work they treat you like crap.
Truck driving couple from Texas who had our truck sleeper blower motor go out. Arrived around 2:30pm on Monday afternoon. Our service manger Ms. Kim was great!!! She was informative, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & took care of us. Our truck was ready the next day around 4:30pm. The service technician was courteous & trouble shot the electricial wiring to make sure they pin pointed the issue & resolved it. They kept our truck clean, laid plastic covers on the seat & bed. Called on the phone and the tech that answered was very friendly and helpful. He located the part I needed and pulled it for me to pick up later. I arrived and another tech located the pulled part and answered my question since the part did not have an item on it that my original one does. Heo rechecked the VIN for me and explained how I needed to take a part of the current one and transfer it to the the new one. These guys were so very helpful and friendly. I do appreciate what you did to help me, and I thank you.
